Our comfortable and recently renovated 2-storey villa is situated near to the exit 18 (Casilina) of Grande Raccordo Anulare (outer ring) therefore it is a perfect destination for both tourists and businessmen. It is very close to Ciampino airport, to the motorways (Rm-Na, Rm-Aq), to the University of Tor Vergata and to the Hospital of Tor Vergata. For those who love shopping, it is only a five-minute-drive to arrive at the shopping malls of Tor Vergata, Romanina, Anagnina or at Ikea.

The city center can be easily reached by taking the tram or Metro A from Anagnina station.

We have various types of rooms (single, double, triple) which are fully furnished by TV color and air conditioning. All our rooms have private bathroom. We provide friendly, polite and professional service for our guests.
